Prof. Dr. Pratikno, M.Soc.Sc., (lahir di Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, 13 Februari 1962; umur 52 tahun) adalah Menteri Sekretaris Negara yang menjabat sejak 27 Oktober 2014. Sebelumnya ia merupakan rektor Universitas Gadjah Mada yang ke 14. Ia juga pernah menjabat sebagai dekan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik UGM. Pada tahun 2009 silam, ia mendapat kepercayaan KPU untuk menjadi salah satu pemandu Debat Calon Presiden 2009.Pendidikan
